Return Policy

At Shopise, we’re all about customer satisfaction. We are a small, independently owned brand, so we gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing, we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Please note, Final Sale items are excluded from our return policy.
Here’s how to return your item:
  • Email admin@shopise.us and ensure your return meets the following criteria:
    • The item is unworn, in its original condition, and still has all tags attached.
    • There are no marks or stains (this includes makeup and spray tans).
    • Hygiene stickers are still intact (for bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments).
    • Earrings and underwear accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. All earrings and underwear are considered personal items and are final sale.
    • You have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
  • Shopise reserves the right to decline returns that fall outside our return period or don’t meet these requirements. If this happens, your item will be sent back to you, and any shipping costs won’t be covered by us.
  • A few things to note:
    • Returns are for store credit only.
    • Direct exchanges aren’t available at this time.
