At Shopise, we’re all about customer satisfaction. We are a small, independently owned brand, so we gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing, we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Please note, Final Sale items are excluded from our return policy.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they’re unworn, in original condition, and still have all tags attached. Final sale items? Those are yours to keep. At the moment, we don’t offer exchanges, but we will offer store credit. For all the details, check out our Returns Policy here (link to returns page).
